Scott D'Amore discusses Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling's partners.
Near the end of his time with TNA, Scott D'Amore helped build the company's relationship with WWE. Following his exit, he relaunched Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling, which held their two-night Forged in Excellence event in October. The show featured talent from AEW and TNA, among other companies. Meanwhile, WWE has increasingly collaborated with other promotions, including TNA and GCW, and Fightful Select reported that D'Amore visited the WWE Performance Center in November.
Speaking with Justin Barrasso for Undisputed, Scott D'Amore commented on Maple Leaf Pro's partners with other companies, and he was asked about the possibility of WWE talent being part of MLP events.
“We are very happy and excited about our existing partners. But we have an open-door policy. If WWE wants to join the party, we’d be open to exploring it," D'Amore said.
During the interview, Scott D'Amore commented on what was next for Maple Leaf Pro. Check out his comments here.
