Sean Waltman Says He's Helping WWE ID Prospects

The WWE ID program was launched in October 2024. The program was created to provide a path for independent wrestlers who want to build careers in WWE.

WWE has partnered with various schools in the United States including Black & Brave Wrestling, Reality of Wrestling, Nightmare Factory and more. A handful of independent wrestlers have already been announced as being part of the program.

Speaking to O'Shea Jackson Jr. & TJ Jefferson on No-Contest Wrestling, Sean Waltman revealed how he's involved with the program.

"I coach those kids over Zoom. They send me the matches. We'll play the match, then I'll push pause, 'Hey what the fuck was that?' or 'Hey, that was good.' Help them refine things," said Waltman.

Waltman is a WWE Hall of Famer, going in as part of D-Generation X and NWO.

Jack Cartwheel, who is signed to the WWE ID, gave more insight to the program and how it works. You can find his full comments by clicking here.
