Monday Night Raw can only be described as "an emotional rollercoaster" for The Shield.
The night started with Roman Reigns announcing he was relinquishing the WWE Universal Title in order to return home to battle leukemia. In a touching moment, Reigns was joined by Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose at the top of the ramp for a Shield fistbump.
Later in the night, Rollins and Ambrose united to take on Raw Tag Team Champions Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre.
During the match, Braun Strowman came out looking for revenge on McIntyre, who laid him out earlier in the night with a claymore kick. With McIntyre and Strowman brawling through the crowd, Rollins and Ambrose were able to secure the victory over Ziggler.
However, the celebration was short-lived as Ambrose stabbed his brother right in the heart.
Ambrose continued his assault on his former friend, laying him out at ringside.
