Seth Rollins gives his fashion opinions.
Just days before the WWE Elimination Chamber premium live event, WWE hosted a special media junket where various outlets got to chat with some of the biggest stars in all of WWE.
Fightful's Anna Bauert was able to speak with Seth Rollins for an interview and instead of talking about wrestling, the duo talked about Australian fashion.
“That’s gorgeous. That’s gorgeous." Rollins said when Bauert showed him a picture of a high-vis suit. "I would rock that in a heartbeat, no doubt. I might have that in the closet. That might be coming up in the next few weeks. Mania, we got some wild stuff coming for Mania. That ain’t nothing compared to the WrestleMania looks."
When asked about potentially wearing matching outfits with Becky Lynch, Rollins noted that they don't really rock that way.
“We could. But here’s the thing, these matchy-match couples, man, that ain’t for us. We don’t rock that way. We don’t need to do that to get by. We both got our own thing going. Sometimes, we match by accident, and it looks awesome. But sometimes, we’re just both doing our own thing, and that looks even awesomer. So maybe for the Aussie folks, we could do a little his and hers."
Rollins then went on to say that he's out on the trend of wearing high socks with sandals.
"That’s out. We out on that. The only time we wearing socks that high is on an airplane, and that’s it. Those gotta safe your life, and that’s it. Those are not a part of fashion, baby. We need a couple more decades before those come back into play. Jean shorts, I don’t know. I don’t know. I don’t know if we’re there yet. That ain’t for me. I ain’t doing that."
Rollins also took a little jab at John Cena for not letting go of the jean shorts trend.
[Seth does Cena's you can’t see me taunt] "Yeah, but you can’t see him, so it doesn’t matter."
Anna Bauert then pivoted to hairstyles and asked Rollins to share his opinion on mullets.
“Here’s the thing. I like my hair. If you do that, it takes a while to grow back. So I’m not in that game yet. I’m not in the mullet game, not yet."
Bauert then showed Rollins a picture of a bowl cut.
“The bowl cut? Little known fact, a teenaged Seth Rollins rocked a bowl cut. I had a bowl cut for a few years there, man. I had a deep bowl, with that undercut and all that stuff. I had a good bowl for a while. I look pretty good with a bowl. I could bring it back."
Elsewhere in the interview, Rollins had glowing things to say about the coffee in Australia. Fans can learn more here.
