Shinsuke Nakamura Attacked Seth Rollins After WWE Payback 2023 Went Off The Air

Shinsuke Nakamura intends to live up to his promise to Seth Rollins, attacking him viciously after WWE Payback 2023 went off the air.

In the lead-up to their World Heavyweight Championship match at WWE Payback 2023, Shinsuke Nakamura told Seth Rollins that he would be the reason Becky Lynch would have to help him out of bed every morning and the reason why Rollins would not be able to walk his daughter down the aisle in the future. During their match at WWE Payback, Nakamura launched a vicious attack on Rollins' injured back, and despite Seth pulling out the victory, Nakamura was not finished with him just because the bell rang.

In a WWE digital exclusive, Nakamura attacked Seth Rollins after the match as Seth Rollins was leaving the ringside area surrounded by Adam Pearce and other WWE officials. "The King of Strong Style" went so far as to slam the injured back of Seth Rollins into the staging set up around the entranceway before taking a bow and leaving for good.

Despite getting a victory at WWE Payback, Seth Rollins will certainly be looking for payback after the actions of Shinsuke Nakamura.

Payback was a significant night for Nakamura as it was the first time he ever headlined a WWE pay-per-view in the six years he's been on the main roster.
