Thomas was charged with aggravated stalking, armed burglary of a dwelling, attempted armed kidnapping, and criminal mischief.

As previously reported, Thomas will have a pre-trial hearing on August 20 to determine whether he should be held without bail or if he should be allowed to post bond and be allowed out of incarceration while waiting for the case to go to trial.

According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, Thomas was attempting to kidnap Deville when he broke into her residence in Lutz, Florida after stalking her for years. The abduction had been planned for eight months according to the news release.
