Spoiler: Title Changes Hands At 8/26 IMPACT Wrestling Tapings

IMPACT Wrestling's latest set of television tapings featured a major title change.

IMPACT held the first night of the Lone Star Stampede television taping on August 26th at The Factory in Dallas, TX.

Per PWInsider, The OGK (Mike Bennett and Matt Taven) defeated The Good Brothers (Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows) to win the IMPACT World Tag Team Championship at the Friday taping. In doing so, they ended the latter duo's third reign with the gold and kicked off their first run with the titles. The match will air on the September 1 episode of IMPACT Wrestling.

The Good Brothers won the gold by defeating The Briscoe Brothers at the Slammiversary pay-per-view in June. As for The OGK, they previously held tag team titles in Ring of Honor and New Japan Pro-Wrestling. They are the reigning champions of The Wrestling REVOLVER.

The Good Brothers are set to compete at NJPW STRONG Autumn Action. More information is available here.
