The match that wrestling fans have been calling for is happening.
At today's NXT UK TV tapings in Coventry, England, a match that NXT UK fans have been calling for to happen was made official. NXT UK GM Johnny Saint and assistant GM Sid Scala brought WWE United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne and WALTER to the ring to sign the contract for their championship match at NXT TakeOver: New York on April 5th.
Pete Dunne has been United Kingdom Champion for over 640 days and if he can get to the May 20th mark, he will have been WWE's U.K. Champion for two years. WALTER made his NXT UK debut at TakeOver: Blackpool and confronted "The Bruiserweight" and from that point forward, the two bulls have been awaiting their clash.
