Here are tonight’s Impact taping results:
* In a match that will only air on the Global Wrestling Network, El Hijo De Fantasma defeated Braxton Sutter.
* Eddie Edwards defeated Sami Callihan. Callihan attacks Edwards after the match with a chair and a baseball bat. Apparently Edwards was busted open bad in the attack, getting hit in the face with the bad and had to be taken away.
* Feast or Fired battle royal was next up. 3 cases have title shots, one has a pink slip. Competitors are Ronhit Raju, Taiji Ishimori, Trevor Lee, Caleb Konley, KM, Petey Williams, EC3, Moose, Tyrus, Eli Drake. EC3, Moose, Petey Williams and Eli Drake all get briefcases. The fate of the four will be revealed later tonight.
* Taya Valkyrie and Rosemary ends in a double count out. They brawled outside of the ring and onto the stage, where Valkyrie laid out Rosemary and posed.
- Kongo Kong and Jimmy Jacobs come out. Jacobs says innocent people needed to get hurt because Joseph Park will not produce Abyss. Father James Mitchell comes out. He puts over Jacobs as someone similar to himself. He sold his soul to make Abyss the world champion. The problem with selling your soul, he says, is that it comes back to you, and Abyss had a personality split to cope. Abyss did nothing when Jacobs hurt his cousin, made his grandmother a basket case and destroyed Park’s law offices. He announced that Jacobs has awoken Abyss, and that next week it will be Abyss vs. Kongo Kong in a Monster’s Ball match.
- Matt Sydal comes out and introduces his new spirit guide, Josh Matthews. Sydal gives him the Grand championship, so it looks like there's now an association between the two.
* Tyrus defeated EC3.
* Allie defeated Sienna to retain the Knockouts championship.
- Braxton Sutter comes out after the match and wants to make amends with Allie. But it’s a setup, as Su Yung makes her debut for the promotion, attacking Allie from behind.
- Alberto El Patron comes out and says Impact has a real champion in Austin Aries. Aries says he wants to face Alberto El Patron at Impact’s next pay-per-view, Redemption, on April 22. El Patron says out of respect, he’ll leave and let Aries’ music play, but in a production error Patron’s music was played instead.
* Caleb Konley defeated Fallah Bahh.
* Matt Sydal defeated Rohit Raju to retain the X Division title.
- Austin Aries and Alberto El Patron did their contract signing. Apparently some of this was a reshoot from earlier.
- In the Feast or Fired reveal, Moose gets a Impact Global title match, Eli Drake gets a tag team title match, Petey Williams gets an X Division title match, and the unlucky EC3 gets the Fired briefcase.
- EC3 cuts a promo saying this was a mistake, he was a Carter, and he was someone who carried this company on his two perfectly symmetrical shoulders. After Borash tells him he has to go, EC3 pretends to accept this, then grabs the briefcase and lays out Jeremy Borash. Brian Cage then comes out and destroys him.
* In a Monster’s Ball match, Kongo Kong defeated Abyss to close out tonight's tapings.
