Stephanie McMahon: We Are Doing Our Best To Listen To Our Audience

Stephanie McMahon says WWE is still trying to give the WWE Universe what they desire.

It's been one year since Vince McMahon, Shane McMahon, Stephanie McMahon and Triple H stood in the center of the ring on Monday Night Raw and promised fans that they will give them what they want. In an interview with Alex McCarthy of talkSPORT, Stephanie spoke on that promise and remained adamant that the company is working hard to keep its word.

"We are certainly doing our best to listen to our audience and give them what they want. I think we always need to be listening, we always need to be trying and we couldn’t be more excited to be launching in the UK on BT Sport for the first-time in history," Stephanie said.

One topic that many people, including WWE stars, talked about was the sequel to the "Evolution" all-women pay-per-view from 2018, which still hasn't been announced. Many clamored for a second show and Stephanie said WWE has been pushing for it to happen, but there is no official word on it.

"It is certainly something that we are pushing for. There’s no official announcement just yet and yes, there was a balls in the air and wheels in motion in terms of this year and, of course, one of the big focuses was on our event in Saudi Arabia and having our women being allowed to perform. I’m hopeful to have an announcement on an Evolution 2, but there is nothing official to announce just yet," Stephanie said.

NXT did hold an all-women's live event show in Florida back on December 5, headlined by Shayna Baszler vs. Reina Gonzalez for the NXT Women's Championship. Full results from that show can be seen here.
