WWE announced that LA Knight will face Santos Escobar on the July 26th episode of WWE SmackDown. Escobar confronted Knight backstage on the July 19th episode of WWE SmackDown, saying that he wasn't pinned in the Money in the Bank qualifying match and that Knight knows he would beat him one-on-one.
Plus, new number one contenders for the WWE Tag Team Titles will be crowned as Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins), Baron Corbin & Apollo Crews, Good Brothers (Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson), Pretty Deadly (Kit Wilson & Elton Prince), Legado Del Fantasma (Angel & Berto), Bloodline (Tama Tonga & Tonga Loa) will battle in a gauntlet match. The titles are currently held by DIY (Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa)
Finally, Michin & Bayley will team against Tiffany Stratton & Nia Jax. Bayley destroyed Stratton's Money in the Bank briefcase on Friday's WWE SmackDown. The distraction helping Michin defeat Tiffany.
