Tegan Nox has returned to WWE Raw.
On the September 25 episode of WWE Raw, NXT Women's Champion Becky Lynch appeared backstage. She bumped into Tegan Nox. Lynch noted that she was disappointed that Nox did not accept her challenge on September 18. Lynch noted that she had someone like Nox in mind when she issued the challenge, and she even saw Nox at the curtain. Nox noted that Natalya was there too, so she let her answer it.
Lynch responded by telling Nox that she had to step on some toes sometimes. She also noted that she wanted Nox to be next in line for a title shot.

Nox then approached Adam Pearce and made it clear that she wanted a title shot. She got into an argument with Natalya, who stated that she wanted a rematch. Pearce booked a match between the two stars. With Lynch watching on at ringside, Nox defeated Natalya by pinning her with the World's Shiniest Wizard.

WWE subsequently confirmed that Nox will challenge either Becky Lynch or Tiffany Stratton for the NXT Women's Championship on the October 2 episode of WWE Raw. Lynch will defend the title against Stratton in an Extreme Rules match at NXT No Mercy on September 30.

Before September 25, Nox last competed on Raw on July 3. She had been absent for several weeks, but she competed at the WWE Main Event taping on September 18.
