The IWGP Intercontinental Title is tranquilo once again.
The semi-main event of NJPW's Dominion show was slotted for Kota Ibushi versus Tetsuya Naito for the IWGP Intercontinental Championship. Kota Ibushi defeated Naito at G1 Supercard in April to become champion and today at Dominion, Naito earned the title back with the help of a "Destino" that put Ibushi away.
It was a back and forth bout between the two men and there was one point during the match when Naito delivered a German suplex to Kota on the outside that resulted in Kota's neck colliding with the side of the ring. Kota was able to continue on and Naito then focused on the neck of Ibushi and topped it off with his finisher to capture the IWGP Intercontinental Championship for a fourth time.
As if the world needed another reminder of @s_d_naito and @ibushi_kota's brilliance! GREAT match! #njdominion
