Nia Jax says Tiffany Stratton would never cash in on her.
Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton have formed a powerful alliance on WWE SmackDown, as Jax holds the WWE Women's Championship and Stratton has the Money in the Bank contract. In recent weeks, tensions have been rising as Stratton has teased potentially cashing in on Jax. Jax will defend her title against Bayley at WWE Bad Blood.
During an appearance on Busted Open Radio, Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton were asked to comment on how they kept their bond going.
Nia Jax: We just have an instant connection, but I got her that custom briefcase. We all know she’s not gonna cash in on me. She would never.
Tiffany Stratton: Yeah, why would I do that? She’s the reason why it’s pink and it’s bedazzled, and it’s exactly what I wanted. I would never, ever, ever cash in on my queen.
NJ: There’s another title in the women’s division that is up for the Money in the Bank contract.
When host Dave LaGreca noted that WWE Bad Blood could be a good opportunity for Stratton to potentially cash in, the duo dismissed the idea. Stratton also stated that she would be cheering Nia on backstage.
TS: Why would it be a good opportunity?
NJ: Why are you trying to put this stuff in her head?
TS: I’m literally gonna be cheering her on backstage.
Nia Jax noted that they were true friends, and they had a strong bond. She reiterated that Stratton was not cashing in on her, and she was not worried. Meanwhile, Stratton pointed out that cashing in Liv Morgan was a possibility.
“There is a second title, I feel like people forget we’ve got Liv Morgan over on Raw. Who knows? I could show up this Monday, or I could show up [at Bad Blood]. I’m gonna be backstage rooting for my queen, I could easily just cash in on Liv after her match with Rhea [Ripley] and win the title and become the WWE Women’s World Champion. So you’ll have to wait and see," Stratton said.
