Tiffany Stratton is looking forward to testing herself against Roxanne Perez.
On the May 23 episode of WWE NXT, Roxanne Perez and Tiffany Stratton will collide in a semi-finals match of the NXT Women’s Championship tournament. This will be the second time that the two stars have faced off, with the first matchup coming back during the finals of the NXT Women's Breakout Tournament back in 2022, which Perez won.
Ahead of the big match, Tiffany Stratton spoke to the Under The Ring podcast for a new interview. In the conversation, Stratton noted that she's grown as a wrestler and that she's excited to see how the upcoming bout with Perez will play out.
“I would say that my biggest obstacle is Roxanne Perez. I go up one-on-one next week against her. We have some history, we were both in the breakout tournament and we were both in the finals of [the] tournament, but she actually ended up winning. Back then I was a newbie, I was just getting my name out there and I only had a couple of matches under my belt. I feel like now, I’ve really grown as a wrestler. I have so many more matches under my belt, so it should be interesting. I’m excited.”
