Tino Sabbatelli is making waves across both wrestling and football.
Sabbatelli recently made his AEW debut on an episode of Dark earlier this month, wrestling as Sabby, but that's not the only time this month he's made his presence known.
During an airing of ESPN's NFL Live, on a segment breaking down the New York Jets trading safety Jamal Adams to the Seattle Seahawks for multiple first-round draft picks, former NFL player and analyst Booger McFarland briefly made a reference to the former NXT star by talking about a trade that involved the two of them.
In 2006, Booger was traded from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to the Indianapolis Colts for a second-round pick in the 2007 NFL Draft and the Buccaneers ended up picking Sabbatelli, who played in the NFL for years as Sabatino Piscitelli.
"I got traded to the Indianapolis Colts with my main man Jeff Saturday. Coach sent a second-round draft pick to Tampa Bay for old Boog and you know who the Bucs picked? Sabby Piscitelli. Do you know where Sabby Piscitelli is? He's wrestling somewhere and nobody's ever heard of him since," Booger said.

Sabbatelli wrestled in NXT for years before he got released by WWE months ago. He teamed with Brady Pierce on a recent episode of Dark for his AEW debut, losing to Best Friends.
