Two more names are closer to the G1 Climax tournament.
TJP and Oleg Boltin advanced in the NJPW G1 Climax 34 B Block Qualifying Tournament at NJPW Soul on June 23.
TJP defeated Satoshi Kojima while Boltin defeated Toru Yano.
Boltin will face Hiroshi Tanahashi in the semifinals on July 3. TJP will face Taichi. The winners will square off on July 5 to determine the final entrant in B Block for the NJPW G1 Climax 34 tournament.
The A Block qualifier tournament is down to YOSHI-HASHI, Callum Newman, KENTA, and Tomohiro Ishii.
The annual G1 tournament begins on July 20.
