Tony Khan announced that AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door drew a gate of over $1 million and 11,000 fans at the UBS Arena on June 30th.
Exact numbers were not given by Tony.
This marks the third straight year AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door has drawn a gate of over $1 million and 11,000 fans.
The event was headlined by Swerve Strickland defending the AEW World Championship against Will Ospreay. The event featured talent from NJPW, CMLL, STARDOM, and AEW.
