Trevor Lee Replaces Joey Janela At PWG Smokey And The Bandido

An injury to Joey Janela has forced PWG to make a change to their upcoming Smokey and the Bandido card.

As previously reported, Janela was injured at this past weekend's Game Changer Wrestling Live Fast, Die Young event. Janela went for a cross body block from the top rope to the outside of the ring when his knee got caught underneath him. You can view a clip of the incident below.

Janela underwent an MRI on his knee, but has not posted the results as of yet. Seeing as he's been pulled from PWG's Oct. 19 event, it would indicate he has out of action at least through that date.

The Bad Boy was scheduled to face Darby Allin at Smokey and the Bandido. With him out of commission, PWG announced that Trevor Lee will take his place.
