Trick Williams is happy where he is.

Former NXT Champion Trick Williams has become the face of NXT, and fans continue to buzz about his potential call-up to the main roster. He previously appeared on the January 26th episode of WWE SmackDown, where he saved Carmelo Hayes from Austin Theory and Grayson Waller. Williams remains one of NXT's top stars, and he will challenge Ethan Page for the NXT Championship on the October 1st episode of WWE NXT.

Speaking on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, Williams was asked whether he thought about when he would be ready to move to the WWE main roster.

“I think about it all the time. But I’m happy where my feet are. NXT is on fire right now, arguably one of the better times NXT has ever seen. So with that, I’m proud to be here, I’m proud to be the face of NXT. We’re going to CW, we got the biggest TV deal NXT has ever gotten, we’re traveling and stuff now. I’m part of it, and it feels good to say, ‘Hey, we’re part of something special here,'" Williams said.

Williams recently called Ethan Page an imposter. Check out his comments here.
