WWE released a handful of talent on April 15, including the likes of Samoa Joe, Mickie James, and Billie Kay.
On Thursday, Mickie tweeted a photo of a "care package" being sent to her in a trash bag. Vince McMahon was tagged in the photo.
WWE took action with Executive Vice President of Global Talent Strategy & Development Triple H announcing that the person who disrespected recently released talent had been fired by the company. The name of the person was not given.
Dear @VinceMcMahon Im not sure if you’re aware, I did receive my @WWE care package today. Thank you. #AlwaysBlessedandGrateful #WomensWrestlingMatters -- pic.twitter.com/PyDC7ZC9lG

Upon learning of the disrespectful treatment some of our recently released talent received on behalf of the company, we took immediate action. The person responsible for this inconsiderate action has been fired and is no longer with @WWE.
