As reported by Fightful, Triple H suffered a torn pectoral muscle in the main event of Crown Jewel. Triple H was teaming with Shawn Michaels against The Undertaker and Kane. The injury occurred in the middle of the match and caused Triple H to spend the majority of the second half on the outside being attended to by a physician. He did end up rolling back in for the finish, which saw him hit the pedigree on Kane for the victory.

Recovery time for a torn pectoral muscle is anywhere from 5 to 9 months. Triple H is likely to miss WrestleMania for the first time since 2007.
