Triple H: Vince McMahon Doesn't Take Credit For Raw's Success, No Change If McMahon Goes Forward With XFL Revival

Raw is celebrating 25 years tonight in a star studded three hour show. But Vince McMahon doesn't want to take any credit for the show's success.

Speaking to the Associated Press, Triple H said that McMahon doesn't like to take credit for Raw's success. He credits it more to being able to take great risks to get where they are today.

"He doesn't like to take credit for it, but Vince is the guiding force of that," Triple H told the Associated Press. "He's never afraid to take that risk. He never feels like he knows the answers."

The AP did bring up the constant rumors about Vince McMahon reviving the XFL, or even starting an entirely new football league. Triple H feels that if anyone wants to challenge or take Vince McMahon out of the equation of WWE when he possibly becomes preoccupied with other interests, they'd be picking the wrong fight.

"I don't think there's any sense of change,"  Triple H said. "If anybody thinks they're going to push him out or take this thing, there's going to be a hell of a fight."

The initial rumors were that there would be a press release on January 25 about the revived football leauge. Neither McMahon or WWE have given any indication that might be happening.
