Trish Stratus says there is more to the story with her and Zoey Stark.
At Payback 2023, following Stratus' steel cage match with Becky Lynch at the event, Trish's ally, Zoey Stark would turn on her mentor, laying her out with the Z360. The attack has not had a follow up between the pair, despite Trish returning to host Money In The Bank last month.
While speaking to Sports Illustrated in a recent interview, Trish praised getting to work with Stark, noting that there is more to her story with her and Zoey Stark.
“When Zoey got introduced, I was very pleased with that,” said Stratus. “The chance to influence someone else’s career, it means a lot. She was great to work with and she loved to learn–and there is more to the story between me and Zoey Stark.”
Stark is currently part of a new faction on Monday Night RAW alongside Sonya Deville and Shayna Baszler.
