The Undertaker gives his thoughts on the very unique match between John Cena and Bray Wyatt that took place during the second night of WrestleMania 36.
This year's WrestleMania was the most unique WrestleMania in the history of the event. However, that also allowed for some unique and never before done matchups in the history of the spring spectacular.
Night 1 of WrestleMania 36 was headlined by the Undertaker defeating AJ Styles in a very cinematic Boneyard Match. Night 2 of WrestleMania 36 also featured a cinematic match that saw John Cena face the demon that lives within himself when he took on Bray Wyatt in a Firefly Fun House match.
Speaking on Instagram live with Nine Line Apparel, The Undertaker gave a rare look behind the curtain and shared his thoughts on the match between John Cena and Bray Wyatt.
For the most part, Undertaker seemed very impressed with what John Cena and Bray Wyatt were able to create given the parameters in the restrictions that were placed on this year's WrestleMania, saying that sometimes you have to make chicken salad out of chicken shit.
“It was different. To me, it was entertaining,” Undertaker began. “It made you think. You know, and it puts you in that state like, 'okay, where are they going and what are they going to do?' Again, I think for the circumstances, I thought it worked. Can I give you all the nuances of it? No, because I wasn't there and I don't know. I don't know what the whole psychology of it was. But for that for this WrestleMania and you know, the things that the parameters that we had on us, I thought it worked and it was like, you didn't take your eyes off of it because you were like, 'what the hell's coming next?' Definitely not traditional. I don't know if you'll ever see another one or if you do. It would be it would probably different. But I don't know, man. You know, sometimes you got to make chicken salad out of chicken shit.”
