The Undisputed ERA is back and reloaded.
Right after Io Shirai retained her NXT Women's Championship against Rhea Ripley, NXT Champion Finn Balor arrived to cut a promo on his current status as he's recovering from jaw surgery. Before Balor could really get into any specifics over his recovery or the fate of his NXT title, Pat McAfee's group showed up.
McAfee, Danny Burch, Oney Lorcan and Pete Dunne demanded Balor to relinquish the title. However, Balor stepped away, allowing for all four members of Undisputed ERA to return and brawl with McAfee's stable.

This was the first time all four members of Undisputed ERA shared the ring together for weeks as Kyle O'Reilly was sidelined with an injury while the rest were attacked by several wrestlers per McAfee's orders.
