The United States Title gets a makeover.
MVP made an appearance on WWE Raw to declare himself the new WWE United States Champion after his victory over Apollo Crews in a non-title match last Monday on Raw. While MVP didn't become the champion last week, he believes it's just a formality as he'll face Crews at Extreme Rules for the United States Title.
After declaring himself the new champion, and casually announcing the Extreme Rules match, MVP unveiled the new design for the United States Title.

WWE had kept the same US Title design since 2003, with the exception of John Cena creating a custom during his respective reigns. WWE changed the look of the Intercontinental Title in November 2019.
