This is the third UWN Championship the company has introduced as it already sports a TV title and a Tag Team title. The current TV Champion is Dan Joseph, who successfully defended the title against Dom Kubrick on this week's Primetime Live, and the current tag team champions are SoCal Distancing (Adrian Quest & Andy Brown).
