The Dream is still on.
The WWE Worlds Collide tournament that was taped on Saturday and Sunday at Royal Rumble AXXESS last weekend aired on WWE's digital platforms and on the WWE Network today. The finals of the tournament was available to watch on the Network and it came down to the first-ever United Kingdom Champion Tyler Bate and NXT's Velveteen Dream. Dream bested Tyler Bate and had the opportunity to choose which championship from either NXT or NXT U.K. that he wants to go after and "The Vainglorious One" selected the NXT Championship which is currently being held by Tommaso Ciampa.

At the recent NXT TV taping at Full Sail, Velveteen Dream defeated Johnny Gargano to win the NXT North American Championship but there was a conflicting ending that left those in attendance confused as Gargano stood at the top of the entrance ramp with the North American Title in hand.
