During her time in WWE, Vickie Guerrero filled many roles, including the General Manager of SmackDown from 2007 to 2011.
In AEW, Guerrero is the manager for Nyla Rose and the company does not have a set on-screen GM, though Tony Khan is identified as the GM and is referenced as the GM/President while making limited on-screen appearances.
Speaking to WhatCulture, Vickie commented on the GM role not being prevalent in AEW.
"I'm a little sad that I don't play the General Manager. I do miss those times a lot because it was so much fun to make out with guys, hire and fire people, and slap women and get away with it. Those were really fun times. It's a different situation with AEW and I wish I could do that, but hopefully, I can manage more people," she said.
Vickie briefly managed Andrade El Idolo before the duo was split.
With Vickie by her side, Nyla has helped lead the AEW women's division over the years. Speaking about the growth of the division, Vickie said, "There's been a lot of growth in that division and with us hiring more women around the world like Toni Storm, it's really exciting that we're getting so much diversity and have them be a part of the locker room. It's just going to get better."
Nyla challenged for the AEW Women's Championship at AEW battle for the Belts II, but was unsuccessful in dethroning Thunder Rosa.
