Victor Benjamin has opened his gym Punch King Fitness in Pittsburgh, PA.

We teach boxing, bootcamp, kickboxing, HIIT, sports performance, personal training, functional fitness and have recovery!
We have custom heavy bags. With accelerometers that track your metrics in real time. Our bags are patented and only at PK. They are ergonomic to be more lifelike when the bag is notched out to create a more accurate striking zone similar to a head and torso.
We combine technology and boxing to create a fitness experience that has never been done before. Let alone in the Pittsburgh area! Every punch and kick is tracked from our bags to our 65 inch TVs in real time. Such as calories, total strikes, power output and heart rate.
We offer classes and personal training. Small group classes as well. We have a pro shop where you can buy Punch Kingmerch such as shirts, boxing gloves, hand wraps, high-quality supplements including protein, greens, EAAs, pre-workout, collagen powders plus our Ready To Drink supplements from Commonwealth Nutrition. We also have fresh meal prep made daily from Longevity Life.
We have 3 zones to train in. A full size boxing ring. Our heavy area with 30 bags. And our function fitness area.
