Wardlow is back.
'Mr. Mayhem' returned to AEW on the October 4 episode of AEW Dynamite, much to the approval of the fans in the crowd. Wardlow made his way to the ring and came face to face with Griff Garrison.
Moments later, Wardlow hit Garrison with five powerbombs, causing referee Paul Turner to call off the match.

Wardlow last competed on the June 17 episode of AEW Collision, where he lost the TNT Championship to Luchasarus.
Furthermore, this is Garrison's first appereance in AEW since October 2022, where he wrestled a tag team match on AEW Dark.
