Will Ospreay scored a major win at AEW Dynasty.
At AEW Dynasty, Will Ospreay battled Bryan Danielson in a dream match where both men wanted to prove who was the best wrestler in the world. Before the match started, the fans chanted "Holy shit". The two competitors showcased their technical excellence and traded counters throughout the bout. Danielson and Ospreay exchanged high-risk moves, as Danielson sent Ospreay crashing to the mat with a Tiger Suplex off the top rope.
Ospreay hit Danielson with a Hidden Blade from the apron to the floor while the referee checked on him. The match heated up even more in the closing moments as the competitors kept trading counters. Ospreay hit the Hidden Blade, but Danielson caught him with the Busaiku Knee in mid-air on an Os-Cutter attempt. Ospreay then reached into his arsenal by hitting Danielson with a Storm Driver 91. Danielson landed awkwardly, and the referee went to check on him. The official turned to get the doctor at ringside. Ospreay then capitalized and hit another Hidden Blade for the win.
