The Queen and The Empress have been dethroned.
At WWE Royal Rumble, Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax regained the WWE Women's Tag Team Titles by defeating Charlotte Flair and Asuka.
Flair and Asuka seemed well in control when Ric Flair's music hit, causing a distraction. Charlotte was able to thwart the initial distraction attempt, but Lacey Evans would soon get involved and the numbers were too much for Charlotte. As Charlotte locked on the Figure Eight on Baszler, Lacey hit her with brass knucks, knocking her out. Jax would hit a leg drop on Charlotte to score the victory.
This marks the second reign with the WWE Women's Tag Team Titles for Baszler & Jax. They previously lost the titles to Flair & Asuka at WWE TLC.
