WWE Clash Of Champions Date And Location Announced, Brand Still Unknown

WWE Clash of Champions, a September PPV last year, has been moved to December this year.

According to PWInsider, it was announced at RAW last night in Boston that the WWE would be returning to that same arena, the T.D. Garden, for Clash of Champions on December 17.

It was readily apparent in the report as to whether the event would be RAW- or SmackDown-exclusive. According to touring schedule documents obtained by Fightful this past April, there is also going to be a WWE Event of some kind on December 10, in Louisville, Kentucky's, KFC Yum Center, as well as a separate event in a much smaller venue in Wheeling, West Virginia, on that same Sunday. It seems likely that if this schedule has not changed, there will be a separate PPV event on December 10.

The co-branded Survivor Series 2017 is approximately one month earlier on November 19 in Houston. There will be two RAW PPVs between SummerSlam and Survivor Series: No Mercy in Los Angeles on September 24 and TLC in Minneapolis on October 22. SmackDown only gets one PPV in the same time frame: Hell in Cell in Detroit on October 8.
