Jim Smallman is scouting.
In January, Jim Smallman announced that he had taken over as an International Talent Scout for WWE. This came after he announced his departure from the NXT creative team and his return to the United Kingdom.
In a post on Instagram, Jim Smallman wrote that he had enjoyed the first few trips of his new job as International Talent Scout for WWE. He stated that he had been to Liverpool, Wigan, Glenrothes, Glasgow and Manchester. Smallman said that he would be in London before he went to Pisa.
Smallman also thanked TNT Extreme Wrestling, Grand Pro Wrestling, Pro Wrestling Ready, FutureShock Wrestling, and Iron Girders Gym for making him feel welcome. He said that it was wonderful to watch independent wrestling and see talent who might make it to Raw, Smackdown, or NXT one day.

Fightful Select recently reported that WWE is planning a tryout in Europe, and it is set to be held in March.
