WWE Live Event Set For Daniel Bryan's Return Postponed

Daniel Bryan isn't returning to the ring Monday as planned.

WWE's live event in Corbin, Kentucky set for May 6 at the Corbin Arena has been moved to Thursday, October 17. Fightful was to have a correspondent on the scene for Daniel Bryan's return to the ring after being sidelined since WrestleMania 35. He was set to compete against Kofi Kingston in a WWE Championship match.

Fightful Select members sent along the following from Ticketmaster informing them of the change.

"This event has been rescheduled to October 17, 2019 (previously May 6, 2019). Original tickets remain valid. Ticket purchased with the original date may be refunded by request at point of purchase."

WWE has hit the area hard of late, and by next week will have ran television in Lexington, Cincinnati, Columbus and Louisville in just two weeks. In addition, there was a live event in the Huntington, West Virginia area that borders Kentucky.
