Another WWE release has been confirmed.
Anthony Benigno, who is listed as a staff writer for WWE, took to social media to announce his departure from the company.
Benigno bio on the WWE website reads:
Born in New York, raised in New Jersey. Graduate of NYU’s Arthur L. Carter School of Journalism (seriously), so if you read something here that was a little fancy it was probably Anthony. Writes long and shortform features as well as recaps for Raw, Total Divas and Total Bellas, as well as most pay-per-view match recaps. Co-writer, host and producer of "WWE Head to Head" on YouTube. Name’s pronounced Ben-Een-Yo. Two truths and a lie: He tried out for Tough Enough, he was in The Authority for a night, and a Superstar once called him a mean name on the radio.
It has been a hell of a ride. Thank you to all the employees and Superstars who made it a dream come true. If you’re looking for an experienced writer/editor/producer/Mario Kart champion, DMs are OPEN!
