Zack Ryder has big plans and big dreams for the rest of his WWE career.
In a press conference filmed by Planeta Wrestling, Ryder was asked about his aspirations as a WWE superstar. He has goals in tag-team action with his partner Mojo Rawley and goals in his singles career.
"The goal right now is to definitely win the SmackDown live Tag Team titles with Mojo, winning the Intercontinental Title, and eventually becoming WWE World Champion. To be in the WWE you have to be that goal, the ultimate goal of being the world champion. Of course that's my dream," said Ryder.
Beyond personal goals, Ryder has an idea regarding a dream match with a former mentor.
"I would definitely say Edge. When I first got to WWE I got to work under Edge, I was one of the Edge Heads with Curt Hawkins. I got to be in the ring with him, and team with him and wrestle guys like The Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, and Ric Flair, and we had no business being in that situation but because of him he taught us so much and was always one of my favorite wrestlers as a kid. So definitely Edge vs. Zack Ryder is my dream match," said Ryder.
Last week, Edge appeared on the 900th episode to talk with the men competing in the 5-on-5 Survivor Series Match at WWE Survivor Series.
Ryder will take part in a 10-on-10 match at WWE Survivor Series with his tag partner Rawley as part of Team SmackDown.
