Zack Sabre Jr. sends a message to Bryan Danielson ahead of their rematch.
At NJPW Battle in the Valley, TMDK's Zack Sabre Jr. and Bad Dude Tito faced Matt Riddle and Jeff Cobb, who was revealed as Riddle's mystery partner for his NJPW in-ring debut. Riddle pinned Tito to win the bout, and the defeat apparently left Sabre Jr. feeling frustrated.
Sabre Jr. commented on his loss in a video NJPW posted after the bout.
“Jeffrey, you absolute scoundrel. As if it’s not bad enough United Empire, with their colonist, imperial imagery, now you’re hanging out with absolute fucking buffoons. King of bros? King of dickheads. I remember you, Matthew Riddle. You’ve not gained any brain cells, have you? Don’t get too cocky, darling. You’re feeling good, aren’t you? First New Japan victory. Well, TMDK, we’re turning a new leaf in 2024. We got off to a rocky start, [Tito], but look at these tits. [Slaps Tito’s pecs] Look at these big-boy tits," Sabre Jr. said.
Tito then set his sights on Jeff Cobb and said it was not over. He also questioned what was wrong with Matt Riddle before he warned both men to keep their heads on a swivel, as he had something for them, and it was coming.
"Jeff Cobb, this shit, it is not over. It is not over. You want to call me out? You want to call the baddest dude in professional wrestling out? Well, I got something for you. Matt Riddle, you fucking idiot, you moron. What’s wrong with you, huh? You dummy. Just wait. Keep your head on a swivel because it’s coming," Tito said.
Sabre Jr. went on to share his excitement about getting Tito back to Japan so he could do "Bad Dude" business. He briefly commented on his upcoming match against Bryan Danielson by saying he hoped that the AEW star was wrapped up in cotton roll, and he told him that he better not be clamdigging. Sabre Jr. ended the message by vowing to make him tap out.
"TMDK, 2024 is our year. We’re getting this man back to Japan, and he’s gonna do Bad Dude business. Also, Brittle Bryan, I hope you’re wrapped up in cotton roll, darling. You better not be out there clam digging, bloody clam digging. Keep your bones in one piece, Bryan because you tap in Osaka on February 11. Bye-bye. Ta-ta, dickhead," Sabre Jr. said.
