Looking to get back into the good graces of Rusev and Lana, Aiden English issued a challenge to Andrade "Cien" Almas ahead of SummerSlam.
Perhaps seeing an opportunity to further drive a wedge between Rusev and his tag team partner, Zelina Vega accepted the bout on behalf of her client.
It's been a rough couple of weeks for English, whose indirectly cost Lana two straight matches against Vega. Two weeks ago, English went after Almas, distracting Lana and allowing Vega to roll her up for the victory. Last week, after vowing to stay out of things, English's attempt to neutralize Almas backfired, once again allowing Vega to score the victory.
