WWE Has A New Chief Marketing And Communications Officer

Brian Flinn has been promoted within Marketing and Communications at WWE.

According to a WWE press release, Brian Flinn was promoted from Executive Vice President of Marketing and Communications which was a position he held for years to Chief Marketing and Communications Officer. The department of Marketing and Communications covers global marketing, WWE Network marketing, public and private events, media relations, publicity, and internal communication at WWE.

The former NBA executive Flinn joined WWE in 2012 as a Senior Vice President and has been promoted three times since joining the company.

WWE CEO Vince McMahon was quoted as saying Flinn has been "instrumental" in WWE.

"Brian has been an instrumental part of our company's leadership team and I'm thrilled to announce his much-deserved promotion. In this new role, we are confident that he will continue to expand the opportunities for WWE, and further enhance visibility, brand reputation and audience engagement," said McMahon.
