Chris Jericho Reveals His Future With New Japan

What is Chris Jericho's future with New Japan?

The original response was that it was just a one and done deal. But now Chris Jericho is saying he wants to keep the ball rolling. Speaking to Busted Open Radio, He wants a Brock Lesnar type deal with New Japan where he can go and pick his own spots:

Bo Dallas Says That He And Bray Wyatt Had Plans To Work With Karrion Kross

I need to keep the ball rolling, I don't know, once again, the Naito thing is pretty interesting thing to me, and don't over saturate. Don't join the G1 Climax and be just another guy. I really want to do the Brock Lesnar deal with NJPW, if it works out. Pick my spots and come and go to where you're like, 'This guy's barely there, yet, when he's there it makes an impact.' And that might have to be the incentive, I just have to reevaluate and see what I want to do next wrestling wise.

He also gave another reason for his jump from WWE over to New Japan: with WWE booking matches you'd normally see at a WrestleMania, like Brock Lesnar vs. Braun Strowman and John Cena vs. Roman Reigns, he felt that the timing was perfect, because so many dream matches have already been realized.

When WWE did Strowman vs. Brock and Cena vs. Roman [Reigns] on kind of a secondary PPV a few months ago, I was like 'Well, there you go, that's an amazing bonus for me' because now - to me, those were the two biggest matches you can have in the wrestling world. Once that happened, it left it right open for 'Alpha vs. Omega,' there was no match hotter in the business that you could have

The next big match for Chris Jericho seems to be against Tetsuya Naito following an altercation at the end of New Year Dash. When that will go down, however, is anyone's guess. You can listen to a audio clip of the interview below:
