JBL IS BASICALLY DARING YOU
TO THROW EGGS AT ROMAN REIGNS ON SUNDAY

So, in case you missed it, on the previous episode of "Bring It To The Table," JBL did his thing where he says that it doesn't matter if Roman Reigns is getting booed by half the crowd as long as he's getting some kind of reaction.

"Roman Reigns ... he's a rockstar. You tell people that and they say, 'no, no, no, people are standing up because they want to boo him.' They're standing up. So if you ask those people who say they're standing up to boo Roman Reigns because 'we don't like him', 'okay, would you pay to see Roman Reigns get beat?' 'Oh, absolutely! I'd love to see him get beat.' He's doing his job because people pay to see him."

The fans who don't like Roman Reigns absolutely HATE it when that line of thinking is used on them, because it invalidates their opinion.

"We hate that guy."

"No you don't, you're standing up when he enters."

"Yeah, so we can tell him how much he sucks."

"You're paying to see him."

"No we're not. We hate seeing him. We want him to go away forever."

"You're secretly in love with him. It's the only explanation for your behavior."

"What?"

"Smarks and Roman, sitting in a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G."

"What you're saying makes no sense. We hate him."

"No you don't."

"WE BOO HIM EVERY TIME HE COMES TO THE RING!"

"Yeah, probably because you love him so much."

..................and so forth.

So apparently, a lot of those people who hate Roman so much they must love him, they got on JBL for his comments, and last night, on the new episode of Bring it to the Table (clip available to watch at the top of the page), he let the fans have it again.

"For all these internet fans out there that want to hate Roman Reigns and say, 'No, we're standing up because we don't like him...' Few people in the history of this business walk into an arena and everybody stands on their feet - everybody. I've seen it night after night after night. That to me is an absolute Superstar. Whether you love him or whether you hate him, Roman Reigns has earned his spot and I'm hot at all these little crybabies out there going, 'We just stand up and boo him because we really don't like him.' Oh, really?"

So first of all, you're 'internet fans.' Which means the other people who don't hate Roman, they don't have the internet, I guess? Sad for them. I guess they send all their Roman Reigns fan mail through the post office.

He's heard your complaints (via the dastardly internet). He's heard you say 'We're standing up because we don't like him,' and 'We just stand up and boo him because we really don't like him.'

AND HE DOESN'T BELIEVE YOU.

He doesn't really think you hate him. You're not showing it hard enough.

So bring a carton of eggs and huck them at Roman's head, or rotten vegetables or something.

With a mentality as old-fashioned as JBL's, apparently the only thing that would convince him of a crowd's real genuine hatred is the stuff that crowds would do to performers they hated back in the Vaudeville days.

Anyway, people who hate Roman. JBL (who is nothing if not a mouthpiece for Vince McMahon) says you don't really hate him. And when you tell him that you do, he says you're lying.

In the old parlance of wrestling, any reaction is a good reaction. The only bad reaction is indifference.

So here's what you all need to do to prove to JBL how much you hate Roman Reigns.

Whenever Roman comes out on Raw or a PPV, don't boo. Don't make any noise.

Instead, stand up, cross your arms, and face away from the ring.

Let those annoying fan cam reaction shots find a bunch of people with their backs turned.

It would get their attention, that's for sure.
