UFC featherweight contenders Calvin Kattar and Josh Emmett are scheduled to headline the Octagon's return to Austin, Texas on June 18.
All Access MMA's Meni Mayer was the first to report the news of the matchup being in the works, with the promotion confirming the bout via Saturday night's UFC Vegas 53 broadcast. Kattar is 3-1 in his last four appearances and is coming off of a unanimous decision win over Giga Chikadze at UFC Vegas 46. Emmett on the other hand is currently riding a four-fight winning streak and will look to build off of a unanimous decision victory over Dan Ige back at UFC 269.
