Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr. had their highly anticipated exhibition fight, and it had the fighting world talking, even when competing directly with a less-than-star-studded UFC card.
See what UFC fighters, boxers, celebs and fight personalities had to say!
What??? Lol

Tyson has done his best to KO Jones; Roy has done all can to avoid the power of Mike last round
— George Foreman (@GeorgeForeman) November 29, 2020
You missed a good one this time: Tyson wanted the KO to the end; Jones had to use every trick in the book to endure those shots. He held but for good reason https://t.co/A9mzL8vS0K

That’s amazing; you have something we’d like “youth” and you are using it wisely glad you saw the Tyson machine in action https://t.co/Xj7gwEpk9A

— DJ Akademiks (@Akademiks) November 29, 2020
Really enjoyed that. Much better than the cynics feared. Huge credit to both men. Takes real guts to get back in the ring in your 50s & they both got in great shape & acquitted themselves incredibly well.

For me, @MikeTyson won, easily.. he looked so fit! Amazing. ------ pic.twitter.com/rwUmzAqxhu

It’s 2020 and I am about to watch @MikeTyson and @royjonesoffical box crazy times
— Daniel Cormier (@dc_mma) November 29, 2020
Roy Jones’ style was built on his overwhelming speed advantage. Mike Tyson’s style was built to overcome his size disadvantage as a short heavyweight. Roy is considered the “boxer” here, and in his prime was better pound for pound, but Mike is actually the more technical fighter.
