UFC middleweights Chris Curtis and Dricus Du Plessis are set to face off at UFC 273 on April 9.
MMA Fighting's Mike Heck and Shaun Al-Shatti were the first to report the news of the matchup, although the promotion itself has yet to confirm anything regarding the booking. Curtis is riding a seven-fight winning streak at the moment and is coming off of a second-round TKO victory over Brendan Allen at UFC Vegas 44. Du Plessis on the other hand is on a four-fight winning streak of his own currently and will try to build on a second-round TKO win over Trevin Giles at UFC 264.
