The potential charity fight has caught the attention of the UFC. Dana White reportedly offered McGregor and Poirier a chance to battle each other again in the Octagon. It is unknown if the fighters have accepted the rematch. McGregor and Poirier met for the first time at UFC 178 in September of 2014, which McGregor won by first-round TKO.
