Dana White Dodges Question About Mike Perry Abuse Allegations

Danielle Nickerson, who is the ex-wife of UFC fighter Mike Perry, recently went public with serious abuse allegations against the fighter and UFC President Dana White got wind of those allegations.

White says that he heard about the allegations, but also says a judge turned down a restraining order request from Nickerson.

“Yeah, I heard about it. I heard that she wanted to get a restraining order. The judge didn’t allow the restraining order and nothing really came out of it,” White said during the UFC 254 post-fight press conference (via Trent Reinsmith of Bloody Elbow). “I think she alleged that he had been physical in their relationship.”

Perry is scheduled to be in the Octagon next month at UFC 255, facing Robbie Lawler in a welterweight division attraction. When pressed further about the subject, White didn’t have much of a response.

“I don’t know,” White said. “I have no idea.”
