“I’m a server right now, I used to work at Texas Roadhouse, but I quit that place. Now I work at a place called Moxie’s, its downtown in the uptown Dallas,” says Neal in an exclusive interview with Fightful’s James Lynch.

Neal has already secured one win under the UFC banner, which was a first round submission win over Brian Camozzi at UFC Fight Night Austin.

While working at an eating establishment may cause some problems for Neal during the weight cutting process, but the fighter says that he is ahead of schedule right now.

“The weight cut…its going fine, I think I’m down to…I just got done working out and I’m down to 185. I’ll probably get back up to 190 before I work, then go to sleep and wake up at 188. I’m way ahead of schedule, so I may have to eat me some steak or something,” says Neal.

UFC 228 takes place on Saturday, September 8 from the American Airlines Arena in Dallas, Texas with Tyron Woodley and Darren Till headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, with a post-show podcast to follow.
